I am a logged in premium subscriber but I still see the paywall – how do I fix this? 

Your anti-virus software may be blocking the content from loading. If you see this issue, please take the following troubleshooting steps:

Check what anti-virus software you have installed

If you have Kaspersky anti-virus software follow the steps below to resolve the issue

If you have another anti-virus software or no software at all, please contact us at subscriptions@nzme.co.nz

Troubleshooting steps for Kaspersky users:

Add an exclusion for NZ Herald for Web Anti-Virus settings: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/error/other/15335#block1
