Help & Support

I have an NZ Herald user account – does this mean I can access Listener content?

No, a NZ Herald registered user account gives you access to e-newsletters and the ability to read comments and save articles to read later. You may also have an NZ Herald user account if you are a Herald Premium, Viva Premium or NZ Herald or regional newspapers subscriber.

To access The NZ Listener digital content you will need to subscribe (add the link to subscribe to Listener). This can be done via the ‘My Subscriptions’ (link to https://www.nzherald.co.nz/my-account/profile/subscriptions/) tab in your profile page on web or on “For You” tab of the NZH app.

Once subscribed to Listener, you will need to be signed in to your account to access the Listener content.
