Since flames engulfed their home in early March, Dannevirke's Anne Kelly and her husband have been saving and working towards rebuilding.
"I am happy to say we have our materials which should be delivered very soon, but now we are desperately in need of help with the building," Anne said.
"If there are people out there with building experience, who would be willing to help us, that would be a blessing."
"Finances are none, sorry, but we are willing to feed any willing, amazing people."
Kelly said she and her husband wanted to have their converted garage watertight by winter.
"It was a converted garage, so wasn't insured," she said.
"It was only meant to be temporary, so this is our opportunity to rebuild better and then I can insure it.
"We just need one section of wall replaced, the trusses and roofing put back on," she said.
In the fire's aftermath, Kelly told the Dannevirke News she had gone into survival mode.
"I was in shock when I was told my place was burning down," she said.
"We lost everything and we're trying to regain normality.
"We have been gifted furniture, but have nowhere to put it yet as we are living in a caravan on our section in Fraser-Collins Cres."
Kelly said if anyone could donate even a couple of hours to help with the rebuild, she would be blessed.
You can respond to Kelly on her Dannevirke Facebook post if able to help.
