Harcourts Hawke's Bay has jumped on board to support the Hastings City Night Market in a multi-year naming rights sponsorship agreement.

Hastings City Business Association General Manager Susan McDade announced the deal at the Hastings City Business Association Annual General Meeting last night, saying "We are excited for the future of the Night Market with Harcourts Hawke's Bay coming on board as naming rights sponsor.

"We see this as an ideal partnership between two organisations who are supremely passionate about Hastings."

The Harcourts Hastings City Night Market celebrates the best of local live music and artists and provides a wide variety of delicious and ethnically diverse street food.


The Night Market has changed perceptions of the City Centre and added real vibrancy to the Hastings CBD with a high quality night market to rival any in New Zealand.

Visited by over 40,000 people each summer the market has generated 37 full time equivalent jobs and $400,000 to the local economy annually.
