500g lean lamb steaks
1/4 cup prepared satay sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp peanut oil

2 large soft pita breads
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped coriander
Chilli sauce and/or yoghurt

Pre-soak four long skewers. Heat a grill. Cut the lamb in 2.5cm cubes. Thread on skewers. Combine prepared satay sauce with lemon juice and oil. Brush over meat. Grill kebabs for about 8 minutes, turning often.
Halve the pitas to make 4 rounds. Top with lettuce, kebabs and coriander and roll up. Remove skewers before eating. Serve with chilli sauce and yoghurt. - Serves 4.
