William Shatner hadn't even heard of Queen a year ago.
But the Star Trek actor has fallen for the Freddie Mercury-fronted band so hard he's decided to cover one of their songs.
Shatner, who released his fourth studio album Seeking Major Tom earlier this month, says he decided to cover Bohemian Rhapsody because it's "one of the greatest pieces of music I've ever heard".
"It's operatic, it's modern and beautifully sung," he told Spinner.
"And then if you would have told me about the history of Freddie Mercury and Queen, I would have gasped because it's so dramatic.
"But I knew nothing of that until I came to it in this latter day."
The video is typically bizarre, featuring Shatner singing the song while pretending to be the moon.
