The US Supreme Court has dismissed a lower court's verdict against another disabled American golfer who wants to use a cart. After their landmark ruling that Casey Martin can use a cart on the PGA Tour, the Supreme Court has sent Ford Olinger's case back to the Chicago appeals court with instructions to resolve the dispute in light of the Martin decision - making it all but certain that Olinger will get to use his cart.
