Three has announced the four households that will appear on the New Zealand version of Gogglebox.
Best friends, widows in retirement villages and flatmates are among the households to appear in the show, which will premiere on Three on September 19.
Gogglebox NZ is based on the BAFTA award-winning UK reality show which observes the lives of everyday households as they watch a selection of television from the past week.
The New Zealand households include three widowed friends made up of Maureen (73), Myrtle (84) and Sybil (91) who met when they moved into the same retirement village.
Described as "irreverent, irrepressible and completely loveable," the trio are hooked on popular culture.
Joining them are best friends Andy and Hamo. Andy (34) is a quantity surveyor and Hamo (35) is a truck driver, both described as "warm and articulate".
The Mizsey family follow, made up of Lee (52) and George (62) who have 11 children in their blended family. Quentin "Q" (30) and Navaho (22) live at home, along with four grandchildren being raised by Lee and George.
The Mizseys are described as an open and honest family, to whom nothing is off-limits.
Lastly, "mostly retired" couple Hilary "Hilz" King (67) and Mary Irwin (69) live with their 13-year-old dog Tebo.
Described as well-traveled party lovers, the pair love to drink gin & tonic and watch television together.
Gogglebox NZ will be narrated by The Edge cohost Sharyn Casey.
