New Zealand's packed summer tour schedule has just added another tour with Macklemore confirming two shows in February.

The Seattle pop-rap star will perform at Auckland's Spark Arena on February 9 and Wellington's TSB Arena on February 10.

Macklemore, aka Ben Haggerty, will be playing on the back of his latest album Gemini, featuring Glorious and Willy Wonka.

It'll be his fourth time in New Zealand after shows in 2013, 2014 and 2016. But this time he won't be bringing his former sidekick Ryan Lewis, the producer who left the group for this album.

Tickets for Macklemore's shows go on sale on October 10. Pre-sales begin on October 6.

His shows add to a packed summer concert schedule with visits from Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, The Killers and Robbie Williams planned.
