Famed as the director of cult hits Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands, a new Tim Burton themed bar is set to open in the heart of New York City.
In East Village, Beetle House gives fans the chance to hang out in surroundings inspired by the director's eclectic style, according to a report from the Independent.
Using Burton's films as inspiration for the menu, food offerings include starters such as Beetle Bread and a selection of hearty meals bearing names such as Sweeney Pie, Eggs Skellington, and Edward Burger Hands.
Beetle House's drinks menu also allows customers to sample one of the bar's "custom-made poisons, potions, and elixirs", with cocktails such as the peach-vodka infused Alice's Cup of Tea and The Barber's Bloody Mary, a twist on the classic party drink.
Opening this month, the bar's website says "It's Halloween all year long!" Skulls, candles and other horror-inspired props feature throughout the venue's decor.
This is the second film-based venture for Beetle House's owners. Last year, they opened a Will Ferrell-themed bar called Stay Classy New York in reference to the actor's hit comedy Anchorman.
