TV3 is selling tickets to preview the four homes on The Block - and they aren't cheap.
In an unusual move, the network is letting potential buyers purchase preview passes to view the four Sandringham homes featured on the prime time home renovation show.
Tickets for an "exclusive Block preview tour" vary in price from $69 for a standard ticket, to a $139 VIP package that comes with canapes and drinks, a meet-and-greet with some of the show's stars, upstairs viewing and a "free merchandise item".
Tickets for children cost $39, and bulk purchases will get groups a $10 discount on each ticket.

Normally, The Block's doors are thrown open to members of the public for viewing by anyone before the show's live auction finale. This year, that will be held on November 21.
On the Ticketek website, TV3 explains the paid previews will let potential buyers "avoid the queues and be the first to look inside the four finished villas from The Block NZ".
The guided tours are being held on November 14 and 15, ahead of the live auction in which the four homes featured on the show go under the hammer.
In a statement, MediaWorks said: "We had a lot of feedback last year from people who thoroughly enjoyed being able to view The Block NZ houses; but would have loved to be able to avoid the queues. So, this year, we have offered Block fans the opportunity to do just that. Plus, they will get to meet some of the Block stars in a more relaxed environment."
