- Cut the breasts from your roasted turkey and serve them sliced, smothered in mole sauce.
- Roast some turkey breasts smothered in mole sauce until just cooked through to serve sliced in a taco or burrito.
- Chop your turkey leftovers, reheating them in mole sauce to serve as sliders with fresh coriander and some spicy pickles.
