Use flat-leaf parsley for best flavour.
Ingredients
4 medium | Tomatoes, diced |
1 small | Red onion, thinly sliced |
3 Tbsp | Sumac powder |
3 Tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 cup | Mint leaves (Main) |
1 cup | Flat leaf (Italian) parsley (Main) |
Directions
Combine the tomatoes, red onion, sumac, enough sea salt to taste and olive oil in a bowl. Just before serving add the mint and parsley leaves.
