Ingredients
4 slices | Prosciutto |
1 | Rocket leaves (Main) |
5 | Figs |
1 | Parmesan cheese, shaved |
¼ handful | Pine nuts |
1 | Honey |
1 | Balsamic vinegar |
1 | Olive oil |
Directions
- Arrange a bed of rocket leaves on your salad plate.
- Tear a couple of slices of prosciutto (or very thinly sliced ham) and drop these onto the rocket.
- Halve some small figs and add.
- Shave some parmesan over the salad.
- Toast a few pine nuts and add.
- Mix a little honey with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and lightly dress the salad.
