I used Wild Country Black Garlic & Truffle Steak Sauce.
Ingredients
2 small | Chicken breasts, skinned and boned (Main) |
6 Tbsp | Black garlic and truffle sauce |
2 Tbsp | Olive oil |
200 g | Mushrooms, thinly sliced (Main) |
1 pinch | Sugar |
Directions
- Brush the chicken with a little of the sauce.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté the mushrooms until tender and any liquid has evaporated. Stir in the remaining sauce with a pinch of sugar and heat through. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, grill or pan-fry the chicken on medium for about 4-5 minutes each side. Serve with the mushroom sauce.
