Today bring you a cocktail that was born out of a 1920s-themed Prohibition Party at boutique Auckland cocktail bar Red Bar. Owner and bartender Alex Patterson said he had been working on a daiquiri recipe for party-goers and had the idea to add pomegranate seeds because "it's the flavour of the month". Picture fishnets, feathers and sequins, and the sassy pink Burlesque Daiquiri is right at home.
