New Zealand magazine's Home of the Year 2013 is a house by Stevens Lawson Architects on a picturesque headland on Waiheke Island, near Auckland. The Home of the Year is New Zealand's richest architectural award, with the winning architects taking home a $15,000 cash prize. This home is the 18th winner of the award.
