NZME is shaking up the property market with the launch of it online resource OneRoof.
OneRoof is a website which provides property data and information to buyers, sellers, renters and home owners to enable better property decisions.
Research shows 57 per cent of property buyers use up to four resources, and many websites, to research potential properties.
NZME chief digital officer Laura Maxwell said OneRoof, which has been running in beta since December, was designed to deliver all things property - under one roof.
"Rather than traipse around three or more different sites trying to find all the information you need to make a decision to purchase or rent property, we've put it all in one place," Maxwell said.
"It's far more than a listings site, with in-depth market data that's now searchable in more useful ways than any other property site.
"If you're an investor, then you can search by yield. If you want to still have something left over for holidays and a new car, then search by affordability.
"OneRoof understands that your decision is based on more than the number of bedrooms, so we've filled it with tools and rich insights to get you to an informed decision faster."
It has partnered up with CoreLogic to get property valuation information which banks use.
The site is free to use, has suburb profiles which enables users to discover the perfect neighbourhood for them and a search functionality which allows users to search properties based affordability, school zones, commute times, amenities, rental yield, capital growth for investors and new builds.
OneRoof also features NZME editorial content and video such as Herald Homes and NZME's regional property supplements.
NZME owns the Herald, nzherald.co.nz, a Newstalk ZB and a range of entertainment radio stations including ZM and The Hits.
