A court decision on whether Hanover boss Mark Hotchin will have orders that froze his New Zealand assets revoked was reserved yesterday.
High Court Justice Helen Winkelmann has reserved her decision on whether the freeze orders placed by the Securities Commission in December will be lifted.
If the orders are lifted it would allow Mr Hotchin access to multimillion-dollar assets.
