Tracey Rudduck-Gudsell, chief executive of Creative Tauranga, has today confirmed she will join Heartland Bank as business development manager, beginning early September.
This follows Ms Rudduck-Gudsell's earlier announcement in July that she was moving on after 11 years in her current role leading Creative Tauranga.

"I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the arts sector in the Western Bay of Plenty and in particular helping artists of all genres explore their potential. With the launch of the Hairy Maclary sculpture, the time is right to hand Creative Tauranga over to new leadership,'' she said.
"Heartland Bank have roots stretching back to 1875 and are part of New Zealand's banking history. The values of Heartland align with my own, and I am very impressed with their focus on specialist products and services such as home equity release. I am looking forward to working in a new industry and joining Deborah Lee andthe team at Heartland Bank Tauranga," Ms Rudduck-Gudsell said.
