The All Blacks have won the 2011 Rugby World Cup in a thrilling final against France. The All Blacks clung to a narrow one point lead throughout much of the final.

Stephen Donald kicked a key penalty after replacing Aaron Cruden who sustained a knee injury.

The All Blacks eventually won the clash 8 - 7.
