Animals abandoned under new Polish breeding laws

As of January 1, new animal protection laws in Poland have made it illegal to sell dogs and cats without a breeding license. But rather than putting an end to cruel breeding practices, the new measures have seen a spike in abandoned animals and appear to have driven unregistered breeders into cyberspace.
