Bad weather has impacted on the Whanganui Summer Programme with three trips cancelled.
Friday's trip to Mangawhio Lakes, Saturday's to Matiu/Somes Island and today's mountain biking in the Mangapurua Valley were all ruled out.
Trustee Dave Scoullar said it was unusual to have to cancel trips but safety and well-being had to be taken into account.
"Hopefully we won't need to cancel again," he said.
The programme runs until the end of January.
