Graham and Elizabeth Juden have opened up their garden this month to local rest homes in support of Alzheimer's Whanganui.
Masonic Court Rest Home residents were the first to pop over for a cup of tea and a bit of a ramble last Thursday, said the home's facility manager Victoria Morris.
"They had a wonderful time amongst beautiful summer flowers and artwork on a lovely summer afternoon," she said.
The Summer Garden Ramble and Devonshire Tea is in Maxwell Ave, throughout the month of February. It costs $3 per person, for groups of 6-15, with all proceeds to Alzheimer's Whanganui.
