Once again, for the third year, Joanne Simpson and her mum Pat Simpson are the residential winners of the Marton Harvest Festival Scarecrow competition.
The two women love creating their scarecrow theme and usually spend a few months on the job.
But this year they had a late start but in less than a month they created Time Out - a group of tea-partying fairies.
Joanne said the idea had come from polystyrene toadstools she had created for a local Marton Theatre production.
"But the show didn't go ahead so the toadstools became our centrepiece and we created around them."
Their scarecrow will stay up until next year's Harvest Festival, they said.
