Dealing with aching bodies at the Masters Games is all part of the job for the on-site massage therapists and physiotherapist.
Massage therapists Aleasha Agar and Graham Jeffries said business has been "flat out and full on" from the moment the Games began. "We start at 8am and don't usually finish till around 7.30pm. It's exhausting, but it's good," Graham said.
They have been helping athletes' tight muscles, soreness and repetitive strains.
Aleasha said they also did quite a lot of remedial work.
"We also get people coming in who want to have a massage before their event," she said.
Aleasha usually works at Inspire Gym, and Graham at City Gym.
Physiotherapist Deborah McEwen has also been extremely busy during the Masters Games.
"People who have been playing touch, basketball and football seem to particularly need some help," she said.
Achilles tendon strains and ankle problems have been the most common complaint.
"But I've seen people with calf tears, knee problems, sore back, even broken ribs."
Deborah said she aimed to get people back playing sport again. "I've only seen a couple of people who have had to pull out."
