The Wanganui Chronicle website is getting a new look

The Wanganui Chronicle website is about to get even better - with new improved design, layout and presentation of stories coming soon. will continue to deliver the quality local and national news coverage you have come to expect - but now you'll also have easy access to even more national and international coverage from the APN Newspaper family, including The New Zealand Herald.

We're making the website easier to use, easier to read and easier for you to discover stories, with a fresh look and features. 

Users will be able to discover and access additional content from The New Zealand Herald, Hawke's Bay Today, Bay of Plenty Times, Wairarapa Times-Age, Rotorua Daily Post, The Northern Advocate, Northland Age, Hamilton News, Stratford Press and the Aucklander.

A cleaner and simpler design is aimed at providing a more enjoyable and engaging experience for our readers.  New feature 'Save and View Later' will allow users to simply save an article, video or photo gallery to their profile and view it later - with the ability to access the content  across devices on mobile, tablet or desktop.

The new look website launches on August 21.
