BPL Group is a Consulting Engineering and Property Valuation practice based in Wanganui.
Our current Office Manager is retiring after over twenty years of dedicated and proactive contribution to our practice.
We are seeking someone with skills and experience to undertake the day-to-day administrative management of our office.
Essential Skills
Experience in managing the administration of a small company. The necessary accounting skills and a high degree of accuracy and eye for detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and confidentially.
Preferred SkillsA knowledge of MYOB Cashbook, Ace Payroll, Fastnet Business and Abtrac software programmes.
Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel including the preparation of templates, macros and the like.
Gap training will be offered to the successful candidate.
We are offering an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive, provincially based practice.
Work hours are flexible and could be tailored to suit your existing commitments. It is envisaged that the role will commence at 20hrs per week with the potential to increase with experience.
