Gladstone set for comedy fix

Three of the country's top comedians will be at Gladstone Vineyard later this month.

Michele A'Court, Steve Wrigley and Jeremy Elwood are all panel regulars on TV3's 7 Days.

Christine Kernohan, of Gladstone Vineyard, said Wairarapa has been spoilt this year by the fantastic selection of music that has come to the region.

"Gladstone Vineyard wants to offer the audience a chance to experience something different," she said. "To show that vineyards are a great venue for a variety of entertainment."

This event follows in the footsteps of previously successful events at the vineyard - Summer Shakespeare and the Topp Twins.

Mrs Kernohan they are encouraging families to bring a picnic to have in the vineyard grounds, but there will also be food and drinks to purchase. There will be no seating provided, so bring rugs and cushions or low chairs.

The show will be held on Saturday March 30. Doors will open at 4pm and the show will start at 5.30pm. Tickets are available on Dash Tickets.
