A successful week for Napier City Rovers has been capped off with a 4-1 win over Central in the final of soccer's Chatham Cup at North Harbour stadium last night.
Last weekend they won the National Club Championship and were last night named Club of the Year.
Last night Napier took a three-nil lead into break, with goals from Jimmy Cudd, Chris McIvor and Ricky Ravenhill.
Central showed they were still in the game when Stephen Mack scored shortly into the second half.
But they were on the back foot again in the 57th minute with the dismissal of Fred de Jong for a second bookable offence.
Leon Birnie scored the final goal to seal an impressive victory for Rovers.
