A flight attendant's inspired choice to dress up as a burning Samsung Note 7 smartphone for Halloween has made her a star on social media.
The cabin crew member was an employee of Southwest Airlines, which had to evacuate a plane last month after a replacement model of the troubled smartphone began smoking in the cabin.

Since then, the US Federal Aviation Authority has banned the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 on all flights.
The staff member's elaborately crafted costume was spotted by an onlooker, who posted a picture of her on Twitter.
She was overheard joking with passengers that officials wouldn't let her board the flight to San Francisco.
The costume was used as an educational tool to remind passengers not to bring the banned phones on board, the Daily Mail reported.
