One of the most photographed buildings in the world, the Leaning Tower of Pisa is constantly crowded with tourists searching for the perfect optical illusion.
Due to its lopsided design, visitors from around the world gather to attempt to nail that pefect "holding up the tower" shot to show off to their friends and family at home.
However, one man bucked the trend and used awkwardly-posed tourists as props for his own series of hilarious photographs at the famous Italian site.
The resulting images were posted on Imgur and show the man high-fiving, leaning against and joining fingers with a variety of tiny tourists.
The images were appropriately captioned: "When tourists make better background props than the Leaning Tower of Pisa..."
