As school holidays come to a close, some Kiwi families are already thinking about what their next adventure might be.

A holiday in Fiji could be on the cards for many - new research by Booking.com has revealed the Pacific island to be the most popular destination for Kiwi families, visited by 21,000 New Zealanders last July alone.

Perhaps surprisingly, the United States of America came in second, beating our close neighbours Australia in third place. This interest in the US could be due to a wider variety of airlines offering direct flights and more competitive fares.

Using guest review data, Booking.com has also pinpointed the top three family-friendly Fiji accomodations for Kiwi travellers - check them out below.
