A rescue helicopter was dispatched to a rural property west of Taihape on Tuesday .
The patient, a man in his 60's was located in a remote area on the property with a medical emergency, the Philips Search and Rescue Trust said.
The man was stabilised by St John paramedics before being airlifted to Whanganui Hospital in a stable condition.
Later in the afternoon, the rescue helicopter was sent to Te Horo for a man in his 70's with a medical emergency. He was stabilised by St John paramedics before being airlifted to Palmerston North Hospital.
On Saturday St John transported one patient to Whanganui hospital at about 10am.
A ute is understood to have overturned on the Nukumaru straight after passing a tanker.
The vehicle went through a fence and flipped, injuring a female occupant, a caller said. Her condition was unavailable.
