Taieri dog trialling enthusiast Graham White is off to Australia for the annual transtasman dog trial test.
Mr White, who is president of the New Zealand Sheep Dog Trial Association, is team manager and also the New Zealand judge.
The team comprises captain Murray Child and Dice (Northland), Eion Herbert and Storm (Nelson), Stuart Millar and Rain (Canterbury) and Leo Edginton and Skip (Poverty Bay).
The competition is being held in Northam, 120km east of Perth, on October 15 and 16. New Zealand is the current holder of the Wayleggo Cup.
