Norway trial: Breivik says he's not insane

At the start of his trial, Norwegian killer Anders Breivik acknowledged killing 77 people in July 2011, but said he carried out the massacre in self-defense. He was mostly calm in court. His lawyers said he's anxious to prove he's not insane.
