Fear the Walking Dead star Frank Dillane was allegedly arrested after an altercation with a security guard at a Los Angeles TV studio.
Frank, who plays recovering drug addict Nick Clark on the hit zombie show, reportedly attempted to get through a security checkpoint at CBS Studios in Studio City, L.A. on Sunday.
When stopped by guards the British actor is alleged to have physically struck one of them.
According to editors at TMZ.com, security staff, one of whom described the 25-year-old as "erratic" in his behaviour, then detained the actor until officers from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) arrived.
Officers then reportedly booked him for battery, an offence which under California law carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a US$2,000 fine.
Fear The Walking Dead is not shot at CBS Studios, as it airs on rival US cable TV network AMC. The show's mid-season finale aired in the US on Sunday, with its second season resuming in August.
