Ever wanted to travel through time and space with an eccentric alien? If that's your dream job, the position has just become available.
The Mirror has reported that Doctor Who star Jenna Coleman has quit her role as Clara Oswald, leaving a vacancy in the Tardis.
The star has reportedly signed up for a new £10 million, eight-part mini-series about Queen Victoria.
Coleman is the longest running companion since the show rebooted in 2005. Coleman has been the Doctor's companion since the 2012 Christmas special, though appeared as a different version of the character earlier that year.
She helped audiences transition when the Doctor changed from Matt Smith to Peter Capaldi.
The Mirror reports she has already finished filming and won't appear in this year's Christmas special, which is filming with ER actress Alex Kingston guest starring.
Coleman previously was going to leave twice during the last season, with showrunner Steven Moffatt telling Doctor Who Magazine that he twice had to write her back in after the actress changed her mind.
The BBC has not confirmed the reports.
The Queen Victoria miniseries is based on the queen's diaries and will follow her during the early parts of her reign.
The show returns to Prime this Sunday at 7:30 PM.
