Netflix has released the first teaser for their new Marvel series, Jessica Jones.
The series is the second in a five-show agreement between the online streaming service and the superhero company, which will see four heroes get their own shows before teaming up - like The Avengers - in a miniseries.
While it doesn't have any actual footage, the trailer teases the show's New York setting and stylistic aesthetic. It ends by saying, "It's time the world knew her name."
The character Jessica Jones first appeared in 2001. Formerly known as the superhero Jewel, Jones hung up her costume after being mentally tortured for several months by a psychotic villain.
She opens her own private investigation firm instead, and has become a key member of the Marvel Universe since.
Jessica Jones stars Krysten Ritter as Jones, David Tennant as Kilgrave and Mike Colter as Luke Cage. Rosario Dawson will also reprise her role from Daredevil, the first of the Marvel-Netflix shows which premiered in April.
The third series focusing on Luke Cage is currently filming, while the fourth, based around martial arts hero Iron First is still to come. Daredevil, Jones, Cage and Iron Fist will team up in The Defenders.
Jessica Jones will launch on Netflix on November 20.
