New magazine show Kiwi Living arrives, hosted by Sunday's Miriama Kamo and television chef and former Food Truck presenter Michael Van de Elzen.
They'll have the help of presenters and experts covering a lifestyle topic or two each.
The teams includes Matt Gibb (travel and inspirational homes), Erin Simpson (interior design) Lee-Anne Wann (health and fitness), Luke Bettesworth (fashion) and Tony Murrell (gardening).
Van de Elzen will also be offering culinary features, tips and techniques.
But might not all that good nutritional advice fall on deaf ears as a big chunk of the nation tuck into Friday night takeaways?
"It's not about being perfect, but knowing little tips and tricks to help you feel great," says Wann. "It's always brilliant, in my book, to know what to do after a wee indulgence to get myself back on track and feeling amazing, so it's perfect timing on Friday night to relax and unwind and then come into Saturday armed with great ideas and options to try out."
And what will this lifestyle show do for those who can't really afford a lifestyle?
"Kiwi Living is designed to be inspiring, achievable and affordable," says Kamo. "This is about easy tips and tricks. But it's also an aspirational show, we want to provide ideas that improve our everyday lives. But let's not be silly, Kiwi Living isn't going to solve the serious issues so many face, we do hope that it'll at least provide an hour's escape on a Friday night and send people off into happy weekends."
