Back home from his base in Santa Monica, California, new father and former barfly Greg Johnson is celebrating 20-something years plying his songwriting wares with a national tour that sees him reuniting with former musical comrades including drummer Wayne Bell, a sticks man who has kept time for the likes of Bic Runga, Dave Dobbyn and Gin Wigmore.

For Talking Heads, the band mates swapped war stories from their touring history.
