BRISBANE - Rain has stopped play after only one over on the second day of the first cricket test between Australia and New Zealand at the Gabba.
Shane Warne added four runs to his overnight score to be 22 not out as Australia reached 298 for six in their first innings before rain sent the players from the field.
The forecast was for storms in the afternoon and with more widespread rain anticipated for Saturday.
