Pakistan wins toss, opts to bat against West Indies

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AP) " Pakistan's Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and elected to bat first in the second test against the West Indies starting Friday.

With this appearance, Misbah equals Imran Khan's record for the most tests as Pakistan captain.

Pakistan made three changes despite winning the first test, resting fast bowlers Wahab Riaz and Mohammad Amir.

Younis Khan recovered from dengue fever and replaced Babar Azam while left-arm spinner Zulfiqar Babar and Rahat Ali replaced Riaz and Amir respectively.

West Indies made one forced change, with Shai Hope replacing injured first-choice wicketkeeper Shane Dowrich.
