American Kenneth "Kenny" Leverich is a multi-time CrossFit Games competitor and all-around freak athlete - and now he has viral video going gangbusters around the world.

Leverich's combination of strength, speed and gymnastics skill is on show in the four-minute long video where he fools some of the strongest men at California's famed Muscle Beach and a crowd of onlookers.

He was recruited him for a recent viral prank sponsored by a drink brand, disguising himself as an 84 year old man.

A series of snatches, clean & jerks, back flips, pistols, and other antics blew away the crowd.
The shock and then admiration among the younger musclemen appears to be genuine (as opposed to the actors in the recent Victor Vito Wellington junior rugby video).

Leverich (or his character, at least) even get a round of applause from onlookers as he departs with some age-old strength wisdom. All you need is a bit of motivation, a consistent training habit, and lots and lots of prune juice.
