The Tall Blacks will feel a long way from home when they face hosts the Philippines in their opening Olympic qualifying match tomorrow.

More than 20,000 fans are set to pack into the Mall of Asia Arena for the match in Manila.

Tall Blacks Swingman Tom Abercrombie says the Philippines have some of the most passionate fans in the business and the experience will be like no other.

Abercrombie says it will be the biggest crowd he's played in front of and is excited to play in such an environment.

Tip off is at 1am tomorrow morning.
