Black Caps' Kane Williamson stars in uninspiring TV ad

Kane Williamson's acting career should probably be confined to just this ad after this display.

Kane Williamson has starred in an Indian television advertisement that all but confirms that should his cricketing career take a turn for the worst, a career in acting can be immediately ruled out.

While watching an emotional Indian soap opera of some sort, Williamson and his Hyderabad teammates, David Warner and Eoin Morgan, are interrupted by Yuvraj Singh demanding they go practise before a match.

Unfortunately for Warner, he discovers he has lost his 'lucky' bat, having left it in Dehli.

Thankfully, Warner is able to train before the big match, as DTDC India urgently replace and delivers his lucky bat in under 12 hours.

Williamson's most cringeworthy moments include offering his comfort and sympathy towards Warner, while also asking "Guys, where's coach?" in his closing line.
