Athletics: Brunner gets lead role at World Olympians Association

Chantal Brunner has been appointed to the World Olympians Association's executive committee.

Since representing New Zealand in long jump at the 1996 and 2000 Olympics, Brunner has built a wealth a experience as a sports administrator.

She's currently the chair of the New Zealand Olympians Commission, is formerly a board member of the NZOC and convened its athletes commission.

Brunner also has widespread experience as a solicitor in international corporate and commercial law.
