An English striker has made a brilliant penalty save to keep his team's hopes of avoiding relegation alive.
The MK Dons had used all three substitutes so forward Alex Revell ended up with the gloves when their keeper Cody Cropper was sent off. Revell made a terrific dive to his left to save Joe Garner's penalty attempt for Preston North End. The 1-1 draw ended the MK Dons' losing streak but they are still nine points away from safety with only four games left in the Championship.
Revell's save did not surprise Preston's manager Simon Grayson, who was fuming with his side's second half display.
"The penalty miss probably summed up the second half performance. I had a feeling that Joe was going to go and miss it," Grayson said.
