Kiwi golfer Danny Lee carded a four-under par 68 in the second round of the PGA Tour's Sanderson Farms Championship this morning.
Lee mixed seven birdies with three bogeys in his round to finish at four-under overall, well inside the projected cut line of one-under.
Fellow New Zealander Steven Alker will have the weekend off after posting back-to-back one-over rounds.
Lee is currently in a tie for 24th, but that could change as several players are still on the course.
Americans David Toms and John Rollins are leading the field at 10-under.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland's Graeme McDowell leads the WCG Champions event in Shanghai after the completion of the second round.
McDowell is at 10-under, three shots ahead of England's Ian Poulter.
The only New Zealander in the field, Michael Hendry, is tied for 67th at seven-over par.
