ISLAMABAD (AP) The Pakistan Cricket Board says national coach Dav Whatmore will not renew his contract after it expires in February.
The PCB says in a statement on Tuesday that Whatmore told the board this month "he would not be seeking a renewal of his contract due to his personal and family reasons."
Whatmore, who played for Australia, has coached Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. He replaced Mohsin Khan as coach in March 2012 for a two-year term.
Pakistan won the Asia Cup soon after Whatmore was appointed but since then Pakistan has not won a single test series.
